He provided a calm during my health storm in pursuing my legal right to disability that the insurance company rubber stamped "denied". His greatest attributes for me was his patience in listening, reviewing my health issues, providing sound legal advice and always communicating what the appeal process would entail and what steps we would need to take next. He scheduled a FCE (functional capacity evaluation) test for me that MetLife demanded but refused to arrange or pay for.
