My first workers comp experience and it was the worst. Thank God for having a savings account because I never received a payment until 6months after my case opened. Reaching the paralegal Robert Maldanado is like phoning the dead and when he accidentally answers and realizes who he’s conversing with he becomes agitated and annoyed. Over two years and I’m still chasing him down for a payment owed to me from the law office due to overpayment. The board advised this office to pay me over a year ago. I have gotten nothing but the run around from him WHEN! The receptionist catches him. 3years of torture
