Not a good experience! While laying out our payment plan we had to ask about 401K contributions and he acted as though he did not see anything about it even though he had payroll checks and our budget. Once he said we could write off the contribution he asked that we not make it too much. We later found out that Non-profit Contributions (Church Tithings) were never offered just to make sure we filed a Chapter 13 rather than a Chapter 7 which earned him thousands more in fees. Do not think that the up front fees are all you pay with a chapter 13 because there are tons of hidden fees he will not tell you about. My suggestions is to find anyone else and be sure they will not pull the same blind tactics.
