Paul Bates and Mr Raul are stellar and amazing to work with! I was in a car accident with my son and my car was deemed a total loss salvaged got nothing for my car even it not been my fault hit and run so I had to pay for everything.After looking up for lawyers and they all asking me to wait a year before I can file to get medical treatment but the moment I called bates law firm and spoke with Mr Raul and I explained how my accident happened he reassured me that he would get me all help with my medical treatment. I went to the office few days after accident filled my paperwork and was referred to therapy for my medical treatment.was not quite sure what to expect,with all my medical treatment I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket because I had to be out of work with my pregnancy,but Mr Raul and Mr Paul and his team far surpassed any expectation that I had. They were extremely professional and kind when we first met. Raul answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the process. I was kept informed of where my case was in the process, they scheduled chiropractor appointments and orthopedic treatment , I paid nothing for all those appointments .all I had to do is show up,and made sure we knew that we were being taken care of. I never had to deal with any insurance company or representative because they were very unprofessional and rude there were refusing to give me anything for my treatment and but Mr Raul set three way calls multiple times to make sure I got fair check for my salvaged car and also make sure they paid all accumulated fees my bank account acquired when their insurance check bounced back,when I tried to cash out ,everything was taken care of by the Mr Raul and Mr Paul They informed me of offers and discussed their thoughts about the offer, they were even willing to go back if I was not happy, which I was.But I was okay and willing to be move on with my life. They were able to make sure my kid was also settled I cannot explain how my gratitude, and appreciation to Mr Raul and his team for all of their hard work. They know exactly what they are doing and are extremely knowledgeable.
