SAVE YOU SELF A HEAD ACHE AND YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW OFFICE. RICI WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY A FAMILY FRIEND WORST MISTAKE EVER ! WE PAID THEM UPFRONT NO PAYMENTS WE PAID THEM IN FULL! THEY TOLD US THE PROCESS WOULD TAKE 18 MONTHS ITS BEEN OVER 2 YEARS AND STILL NOTHING . I HAD TO FIRE THEM AND HIRE A NEW LAWYER BECAUSE NOTHING WAS BEING DONE! I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH TO GET AN UPDATE . IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE ENTIRE YEAR TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS WITH Immigration I HAD TO CALL IMMIGRATION MY SELF TO VERIFY THAT THEY WHERE DOING THEIR JOB CORRECTLY EVENTUALLY I DECIDED TO HIRE A NEW LAWYER AND LET THEM GO! THEIR OFFICE STAFF ALEJANDRINA EVEN ADVICE ME TO GO WITH A DIFFERENT LAWYER BECAUSE SHE SAIS HER HOURS WHERE BEING CUT AND SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR OUR CASE THAT WHEN I KNEW I HAD MADE THE WORST MISTAKE AND DECIDE TO HIRE ANOTHER LAWYER . IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME FOR MY CASE WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE . THEY HAVE NO COURTESY FOR THEIR CLIENTS OR TIME TO EXPALIN ANYTHING I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE DECIDING TO LET GO AND THEIR APPOINTMENTS WHERE OUT 2 MONTHS !

He is one of the greatest lawyers in the Bay Area he is very dedicated person great communication and he great staff.

We had a very difficult case and the office of ricci & sprouls helped us. I’m very appreciative to the entire staff but very great full for both attorneys. Without them my husband wouldn’t have been granted his residency today. Thank you again :)

I had an appointment at 10.am they called me to changed ito 1115 am and I said is fine i will wait but the lawyer did not showed up it was 1220 when I left the staff they never told me nothing I felt like an idoit i had a horrible experience
