Great law firm. I've used them for general corporate matters, litigation, and international & domestic contract negotiations to great success. Marc Powers and Larry Markowitz are particularly good. Edit - had to downgrade after a particularly poorly handled litigation we hired them to take care of which cost us over 7 figures $. I would no longer recommend them, unless perhaps you're on the defense side of a lawsuit as opposed to offense.

Truly shameful what this company has done after representing their client bill browder then switching sides to represent russia, they were disqualified in the end but very shameful they even attempted to do such a thing just for money. I would not trust a lawyer that does such thing and neither the firm that supports them. Please read the book Freezing order. Great book that shows in detail how this firm has acted in the past. Horrible. Stay away.

Easy check in process for an event as a guest. Enjoyed the presentation/panel content that was sponsored by the firm. The catering had great finger food for summer.
