I spoke with Joseph Johnson today about a debt I owed and he was pleasantly helpful. He listened to me and understood my situation and worked with me to settle the issue. He answered every question I had and gave me the information I needed to move forward. Thankful for the respectful and workable conversation during a difficult time. :)

Joseph Johnson was so incredibly helpful and professional. How refreshing to have employees in this line of work be compassionate and have excellent customer service. That old saying you get more flies with honey is obviously not lost on this group. Truly a pleasure working with them.

I contacted their office and talked with Gary Cook. He was awesome! He was sympathetic to my situation and did not cast judgment on me. I felt treated with respect, which really meant alot. I was confused and quite frankly mortified at the thought of owing money to a debt collector. You know you messed up and you owe the money, but you are so broke that sometimes you have to take a nap for dinner. I was petrified at the thought that I had to throw off my budget to pay this debt back. But this is no regular debt collector, they will work with you to help you help them. Sometimes they have to do an extra little convincing but that is just life can't make an omelet without breaking eggs. Dennis Vega has set me up in a way even I can afford to make amends for my mistake. He was cool, calm, and collected. If debt collection was a restaurant, he would be the manager a chick-fil-a. Type of manager that runs to your car to hand you ketchup and sauce when you ask for it. I am very happy we came to an agreement he is truly a professional who has standards.

Dennis Vega was wonderful in helping me set up a payment plan. He made it quick, easy, and was very reassuring. I know I will not hesitate to contact him if something should arise.
