Clifton has been amazing!! He’s helped my husband and I greatly improve our communication and how we interact and resolve our issues. He also focuses on the whole family during couples therapy and how to find a balance. He gives tips on how to keep your marriage as the center of focus while raising young children which is a huge plus!! Highly recommend his services!!

Waste of money! You have to pay for your sessions up front and that is how they get you. The services that they provide are no where near close to what they charge. After several complaints were made via email of no progress being made, I was told the first 4 sessions are information gathering, ha! aka I just got paid and you going to get what I give as in nothing! We paid almost $800 and got maybe 1 session that was beneficial. Clifton agreed no progress had been made and blamed it on us!? Session #4 out of 6 session, he was still asking us what we want to accomplish in counseling! Wow smh! Also, during this time I was pregnant and had a lot of complications. At 8 months I was emitted into the hospital due to preeclampsia, this happened an hour before our appointment with Clifton unfortunately, but my doctor insisted I go immediately. Therefore, I had to cancel I called and left a message on Clifton’s cell and office phone. Well he ended up counting this session towards our 6 sessions purchased because there’s a no cancellation policy. I’m just beyond shocked because he canceled on one of our sessions because of rain! But when I have a medical urgency that does not count to be important enough?? I also told Clifton I could submit all the paperwork of when I got to the hospital and left, for proof. Because of reasons above and other reasons, I have consulted with an attorney and will be taking actions against A Better Family Now. I’m surprised to see other 5 star reviews, I wish we could have been treated with the same respect and care but we were not at all.

My husband and I have been seeing (video calls) Clifton for a little over a month now. I am thankful he is being safe about COVID-19. He is incredible! He cares about his clients. He is very passionate about what he teaches. I was looking for a therapist that was realistic about situations and he is The Man! My husband, and I, both enjoy our sessions with Clifton. I highly recommend seeing him even if you aren’t having problems with your spouse/mate, he has great advice and I personally feel he is doing what God intended him to do. Thank you Clifton for guiding us towards becoming better lovers.

The couples therapy sessions my wife and I have had with Clifton Brantley has helped us tremendously. Clifton gives us crystal clear advice that is thought-provoking and very effective. My wife and I have noticed our marriage improving consistently, and Clifton's therapy sessions have played a significant role in that. Clifton Brantley's A Better Family Now Marriage Counseling is a for sure winner in my book.
