Unethical. He made an error on a court order. It states that my son is his own father. When I asked to help change it and even offered to pay the court filing, he requires his retainer. $2500. I wonder if this is a business. Make an error and funnel more money from people? Good idea in theory but save your money and find someone to do it correctly the first time.

So far this guy is a horrible joke. We have a foster child. He sent us a nasty letter saying they have tried contacting us and that we better reply. Phone records will clearly show they never contacted us! We left a message and never heard back from them. THEN, he sends another letter TELLING us when he will be at our home and that if we are not there they WILL REMOVE THE CHILD! Wow! Way to go to have the child's best interest at heart! What a horrible law firm, he should be disbarred!

Been dealing with these people for about a year from a different state they are not helpful at all they were sending me forums that needed to be signed before my court date they would send it on the exact day so I would have to rush around to get things photocopied and faxed over before court started. Every time I called and needed assistance with information trying to see what I need to be doing nobody would ever call back , the assistant was rude on multiple occasions when I would express to her that they have horrible lack of contact.. I’m still waiting for a call back from last Monday.. it’s almost Monday again and still nothing.. I would advise for anyone in need of an attorney FIND SOMEONE ELSE. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!! I didn’t even want to give them 1 star my option would have been NONE!!

Mr Gutierrez helped me in my case and i had exceptional results... His staff was very professional as well. Sometime people forget that its our problem and attorney's are not perfect as we arent.
