I had never needed an attorney before in my life. After more than three decades of marriage, I found myself in the market for a divorce lawyer. I visited two law offices, called several on the phone, and looked on-line for divorce lawyers in the Tucson area. I decided to hire Ricardo Bracamonte to represent me. It turned out to be an excellent decision. Ricardo walked me through every step of the process. On paper, it looked like a relatively easy divorce. When procedures or legal events would arise, Ricardo would explain them to me in “easy-to-understand” legal language. Additionally, he was open to my suggestions and ideas. Together we came up with, what we thought, was a solid offer. During the length settlement process, Ricardo kept me apprised of all procedures. He was very pro-active during the settlement process, and made sure the Respondent and her lawyer were working toward a final resolution. Rita Ramos was a tremendous help during the divorce settlement. Her attention to detail is superb, and she also ensured that documents were filed properly, and that deadlines were met. Her years of experience in the legal field were very evident. She is a consummate professional. I hope this is my last divorce because I don’t think I want to marry again! One of the best lawyers in town, Ricardo helped me out so much in my custody case with things falling in my favor. Priced very well and felt less stressed being he took care of all necessary paperwork. He always made all my concerns a priority and was very helpful in my case all together.

We hired Ricardo about 2 years ago and $3500 plus later, we are still in the same place, if not worse. Nothing has been accomplished. It’s is very hard to get Ricardo to return phone calls. We have always had to keep calling him and leave message after message until he gets tired a of hearing us call and finally answers us. He asked for monthly payments and when I told him I wanted to see where our money was going he got upset. When I told him we wanted our calls answered in a timely manner he also got upset. We would go weeks without a returned phone call. When we did talk he was always very short and had no time to answer questions we had. This is not the way a professional handles their clients. Do not recommend. He will try to take your money and give you no assistance. Waste of my money
