My experience with CLJ law group has been a long and difficult journey. From the beginning in early 2022 Kelly has been a wonderful advocate insuring all my concerns and records were handled appropriately. This process of waiting on an initial decision and then a reconsideration and finally waiting on a hearing date seems like it will never happen. The last few months I also had the pleasure of communicating with Xiomara who also was helpful and very detailed. I had my hearing today 10/31/24 and all I can say is that attorney James Roughton made the process easy for me to follow with his superb knowledge and preparation. I highly recommend this group as in the end they are easy people to deal with and know their business well. This has been a horrible experience. My name is Shawn and I started this process with them over 2 years ago. I've had to do all the work including all the contact with SSD. I was told my appeal may be declined and it was. For the last 2 weeks I've left several messages and NO ONE has returned my call. I've suffered from Heart Disease and have had multiple heart attacks, CHF along with a quad bypass and I'm 49. I'm 5'11 and 180 pounds. It's genetics unfortunately. Edit - After some time they finally came through. James Roughton was able to get me all the money I deserved. Go see them but be understanding, the SSD part of our government is horribly understaffed and slow. Thank you James and your team for turning this from a nightmare, to a dream!

OMG THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE ANYONE LOOKING FOR HELP DO IT YOURSELF. YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK YOURSELF !!!! All THEY DO IS SCREEN YOUR CALL EVERY TIME YOU CALL AND DON’T RETURN ANY VOICEMAIL NOR EMAILS!!!!! I’VE EVEN TRIED REACHING OUT TO THE OWNER LEFT MESSAGE FOR HIM TO CALL STILL WAITING!!!! MY HUSBAND WAS DENIED WITH SS I CALLED THE OFFICE WONDERING WHY SPOKE TO MELISSA AND THEN SHE PUT HER RUDE SUPERVISOR ON THE PHONE CASSANDRA THIS HELFA THOUGHT THAT SHE CAN SPEAK TO ME LIKE I’M A CHILD AND DID NOT WANT TO SUBMIT MY PAPERWORK SHE WANTED TO END EVERYTHING THAT DAY!! SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO SEND ME A EMAIL NEVER DID I REACHED OUT TO KELLY AND SHE TOLD ME TO EMAIL HER MY FORMS AND SHE WOULD RESUBMIT IT TO SS SHE TOLD ME IT WAS A EASY FIX. I SENT EVERYTHING OVER THE WEEKEND CALLED EVERY DAY TO SEE IF THEY RECEIVED NO ANSWER TILL WEDNESDAY AND THEN CASSANDRA BACK ON THE PHONE SAYING THEY NOT GOING TO SUBMIT MY PAPERWORK!!!! LIKE I SAID SHE WANTED TO END IT THAT DAY!!! YOU SO UNPROFESSIONAL YOU REALLY THINK YOU DID SOMETHING HELFA BUT ONE HELFA DON’T STOP NO SHOW BIH!!!!
