This is the first lawyer I’ve had that literally turned me down in services because he thought I could handle it myself!! Great advice he gave during the free consultation. Went into court and handled everything myself as it was a frivolous motion from my ex wife. Either way he explained how everything worked and if I would of had bad results that I could retain him and appeal. I will definitely be looking to retain him in the future as I’m positive I will need more serious matters resolved in the future! Very knowledge very friendly and professional! Won’t sugar coat anything just explains how things work and whether what you want has a good chance of happening or that it flat out won’t work and reasons why. If your deciding between what lawyer to choose you won’t go wrong retaining them. I worked with Richard and am very glad I found who my future lawyer will be.

I have found Richard to be fair over all with both parties in the capacity of a GAL. There is sometimes where he should not be as lenient in his recommendations, but that is just him using all his options.
