I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. He didn't take the time to give me a reason why he wouldn't represent me. I sent him several e-mails and he ignored them. Called to get some information in regards to a disability case. Mr. Rowe seemed less then enthused to speak to me. After asking me questions, he then tells me he isnt taking cases like this for almost 2 years now... why waste someone's time.
