Bob Renneker has been our go-to attorney for close to 20 years. His level headed, common sense approach coupled with a thorough knowledge base makes him unquestionably our lawyer of choice - well, if there is such a thing. :) He knows what he does, does it extremely well, and twice has referred us to exceptional attorneys outside his areas of specialization. This attorney was hired by me and he was unable to removed a tenent from our property even if we went to court twice. Also, if you ask a question you should pay him in advance and do not attempt to ask him a question twice because he has a negative attitude. He stated that Mexican people do contracts verbally all the time. The worse part he met the tenet to tell him how to stay in the house longer and don’t get kick out.
