I hired Attorney Raposo at our first consultation appointment. After I paid the retainer and we came to an agreement about what was going to happen, I didn't hear a word from her until 3 days before court and she gave me every excuse why she didn't do it until she finally told me she has had family problems and that's where her heads been at. She offered me no compromise or resolution to fix the ball she dropped on me, giving me no reassurance that I made the right decision to hire her and was basically going to charge me for 2 different court dates that could have been done in one had she took 30 mins to the job she said she would do and put in a motion and had the nerve to still charge me for the draft she did the day before my court date and took money out for something she did after I told her I wanted another lawyer. She gave me false promises when taking my money and I didn't hear back from her at all until last minute. I was very disappointed and had to represent myself pro se at my court date against my former domestic abuser. I was left feeling alone, abandoned and feeling like me and my child did not matter. It was the worst possible way to treat someone never mind someone who paid you for your services. I wouldn't recommend her for any kind of legal representation. I should have researched her more and I would have known she does this quiet often so that partly was my fault. I put my life in the hands of someone that just doesn't care.

I would recommend Rochelle Raposo without hesistation. I hired her to handle my divorce. She handled my case with great compassion and conviction.
