I hired Scott McWilliams to sue my landlord who refused to return my damage deposit. He charged me almost $1,000. just to write a letter to my landlord! Pretty outrageous! I would certainly NOT recommend using him. He charged $97.50 just to open the file. Another $75. to read the documents I gave him. For drafting the letter he charged $325.00!!!! Another $50. for a short phone conversation with me. Charged another $50. just to review the tracking information I gave him! For reading one email $32.50. Another $65. to read an email and dictate a response. Another $100. to read an email and answer a couple of questions. Another $130. just to read an email from me that I wanted to end our business relationship. These are outrageous amounts that are far higher than they should be.

I had a consultation with Scott and found him and the staff to be polite and knowledgeable. They had a $50.00 fee for the consultation which I thought was well worth it. I would refer anyone to this office and feel good that they will treat them with respect and let them know there options. If my issue progresses I will be hiring them G

I was treated with respect every interaction. They were upfront with the consultation, almost to the hour. I cannot say enough positive things about this law firm. If you need help, call them.
