Absolutely a horrible person. Defending an attacker, treating the attacker as a victim, I get lawyers are usually bad people, but this bunch is obviously out for greed and not justice.

The front staff were very rude and made decisions for the attorney. All over a disabled woman and power of attorney after already discussing the circumstances. Then coyly saying something about a reimbursement, however, documents provided was never returned.
