I get very busy and after leaving a message with Steven's office we played phone tag several times. Steven was great making sure to get back to me even though I had to put him to VM a couple times. Finally was able to speak with him and he is very knowledgeable. He gave me sound advice with the issue's were having and at no time did he want to just get a retainer. I felt confident and secure speaking with him and will be using him for communicating with jobs that are slow pay and even filing liens if needed. We're looking forward to a relationship with Steven.

So this guy, returns my call, and when I'm trying to explain my situation to him he sounds straight up annoyed and bothered. He's all interrupting me and demanding that I "answer his question" and that it was the second time that I did not answered his question. I straight up told him I wasn't going to bother him and hung up. VERY rude attitude. Cannot work with someone like this. UPDATE to his reply: "Over exited"? Really? Wow! The condescending attitude of this person is sure out of this world. I guess lack of basic people skills is to be added to the negatives of this so called lawyer. I wonder why I see no recent positive reviews either. Guess he can't afford more bots adding positive reviews to his business profile since it's probably hard to get any clients when one has the social skills of a brick wall.

I highly recommend Steven R. Lovett. Mr. Lovett successfully pursued my lawsuit against a negligent contractor without going to court. He had the contractor's improper lien against my property removed and he obtained an agreement from the contractor for the return of monies paid for the faulty work. Mr. Lovett has a superior level of knowledge and he provides superior services compared with most other attorneys. He is also highly ethical.
