I want to respond to the “Jade” negative review. I handled Jade’s 5 penalty-MVA-points speeding violation (driving 60 mph on 30 mph speed limit) in MD. She prepaid her ticket , resulting in automatic 5 penalty-MVA- points. She was also a “provisional” driver license holder, facing a MVA suspension on a future moving violation as a provisional driver license holder. In MD, MVA suspends the driver license on cumulating of 8 points on a 2 year-moving-record. I successfully got her a PBJ (Probation before Judgment) disposition by handling her traffic court trial alone (without her attending court in person). PBJ means in MD, 0 penalty-MVA-point. This was exactly the goal on her case from the beginning. She still chose not to listen to my explanation when she received a MVA notice letter (due to a timing issue, that will be automatically abated on my successful PBJ disposition of this case for her ) that indicates “unless she complete a DIP (driving improvement program) by a certain date, MVA will suspend her driver license”. I got her outstanding result on her very difficult legal position she was situated. Her negative review is totally unwarranted, due to her lack of listening. I got her 5 penalty MVA points abated from my excellent legal representation. Also I want to respond to “Todd Danielson” and “Chris Sherm”: I don’t know who these persons are, having no such names ever interacted. Since these fake names “Todd Danielson” and “Chris Sherm” made so many positive multiple reviews on “Mint Room” (the indian restaurant that I merely reported of the news paper articles on “a gun shooting within the “Mint Room” indian restaurant”), these fake names “Todd Danielson” and “Chris Sherm” must be associated with the “Mint Room” indian restaurant. Bad to be fake!

I received a letter in the mail from Sung regarding my case. He was extremely responsive and punctual even after business hours, we did everything VIA text. Sung beat my case, not to mention he had less than a 12 hour notice. Very reasonable lawyer, I will go back to him should I ever need another one.

This attorney mailed us ticket information and marked on the letter. However, it was informed fraudulent information. Do not hire him
