So far so good actually my boyfriend they are helping him not myself.

My attorney, Louie Vega, was initially late to the phone call hearing, and once he was on the call, he was not aware of who my employer was(even though I filled out an extensive intake form when I filled the case) and he was under the impression that I was still employed by the company I was suing. Then once I finally was able to speak to him, he said he would call me back. Couldn't get ahold of him for months. Then I get a notice from that state that there was another MSC hearing. On the call and what do you know, my representative was not on the phone call...again! This Law Firm is an embarrassment and they do not have your best interest in mind.

Never return calls and have an attitude when you continue to contact them. Never get answers about the status of your case. Poor customer service.

The only time this office is responsive is prior to signing the contract. Once you sign the contract, THEY WILL NOT return your calls, let you know what is happening with your case, or even let you know when they have reassigned it. What they will do is ignore your calls, have the secretaries lie to you (badly at that), and provide you with nothing but attitude if you are able to get ahold of someone (the most attitude I got was from Louie Vega). They are Completely rude and unprofessional. Mr. Green should be embarrassed to have these individuals represent him and his law firm. I have been calling for 3.5 weeks so far asking for an update on my settlement money and trying to give them my new address and have not been able to get in contact with anyone other than an answering machine. I’m starting to wonder if they are even a real firm.
