How did Broward County manage to locate this many idiots to ineffectively serve the public? The BC PDs are absolute pond scum, and the Bar Association needs to investigate how any of them passed the bar (although I’m guessing the knee pads Tamara wears under her slacks tells us all we need to know).

I worked with Garett Faulkender and his staff who treated me with the utmost respect and who had a heart for his client and fought hard for the best possible outcome in this case. He and his staff were very patient and kind with me when I was upset, nervous and confused. Also they took time to answer any and all questions in a timely manner and that was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him as a defense attorney and will be following his career just to see where his character, kindness and caring attitude will take him.

I worked with Garrett Faulkender and Katherine Lopez. They was so very helpful. Garrett kept me well informed and was very patient with me despite my many questions but instead of getting irritated or mad at me he simple told me that everything would work out and to be calm since I am pregnant so it helped me not stress as much. They worked around the clock even after business hours and the weekend I was getting replies from voicemails I had left them. They stayed professional and kept everything confidential. I really appreciate them and for helping my brother be a free man who was faced with horrible and serious charges that wasn’t true but they worked diligently and proved us to be right. They are awesome!

I don't know who your operator/receptionist is, but you need to train them on their customer service skills. I called to get in contact with a PD and she starts off with saying "831"..this was my first time contacting this office so I was confused as to what she saying. Then with an attitude she started reciting the lawyers number. After not hearing the last 4 digits I asked her to clarify and she stayed silent until I asked for a clarification again. All of this was done with an attitude. Stay home if you hate your job that much; I'm sure they'll hire someone more competent.
