I have used the services of Tim Hayes in real estate matters both personal and business for over 25 years and have always been completely satisfied with his professionalism and attention to detail. My real estate buyers and sellers have also expressed that they have been pleased with his services, including real estate and other estate matters. I highly recommend Tim Hayes in estate and real estate matters. He gets the job done and done right!

Tim Hayes is a big disappointment to Louise's family. He is forgetful and has little to no foresight. He does not like to be responsible for his actions and will put the blame back on you or others. He writes speculative and dark emails about his "worst fears". Also, What a let down with the drafting of my mother's (Louise's) will documents to the non execution of her estate. Bogus attorney with no website! He is trouble and has caused Louise's family a considerable loss of money, time and energy. What an emotional roller coaster ride this man can stir up. Do not use him. You will be sorry. No client attorney confidentiality with this man. He is bad at his billing and makes the simplest things difficult. There is no follow up with him. You have to do all the work! Watch out. Beware and Be Aware. I would never ever recommend this man after what he has done and NOT done for Louise's family. All my other google reviews around town are 5 star, I rarely complain in this manner. Trust me ... Thanks Ed

We hired Mr. Hayes to help with a real estate case. After a consultation, he said we definitely had a case and would help us. Over the course of a year, my wife would frequently follow up .. otherwise we never heard from his office. Each time, he would have a status "story" for us which never really seemed to make sense. After year of what seem to be a bunch of stories and no progress, we questioned if he was really doing anything. My wife reached out to the real estate agency directly only to discover that Mr. Hayes had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We had a conference call with the Real Estate Agent and their legal team who had never received any type of correspondence from Mr. Hayes. So when I say, he done nothing.... he'd done nothing. Needless to say, we settled directly with the agent. Mr. Hayes sold his office and never notified us. .. so three years later, I guess he's still "working on our case". I would stay away from this attorney at all costs unfortunately. Nice guy, but a complete scam.

Tim Hayes is a kind, compassionate, and caring individual who strives to give his clients the best advise possible. He is easy to talk to and is willing to spend as much time as needed with a client. Appointments are easy to make and the office staff is very easy to work with also. My personal experience with Mr. Hayes has been very satisfactory. The family will was redone and he has helped us to set up a corporation. He is currently working on an estate issue. Mr. Hayes is also the attorney of record for the Lake Padgett Estates Independent Special District.
