I engaged this law firm in 2023, and now, in 2024 I am about to renew the engagement for another year. Last year, my wife was under hospice care at home and had been bed-ridden for two years before that. I was in a daily battle with Medicaid to get her on the program, which Tenncare refused several times. Chris Johnson and his team created all the documents for my estate plan and took over the battle with TennCare. If you are in a similar situation to mine you should hire this firm. You can't do this by yourself and you will have no time to actually spend time with your loved one. I have yet to meet a person who works for this firm who is not a superstar!
