My parenting allocation/child support case is finally over. I am very thankful for Fred and his team as he assured me the entire time, we we would get what we wanted and we did :) He is very professional, knows the system, was very honest with me, and has quick communication which made me feel better in a very stressful situation. I am so thankful my friend recommended Fred to me for my family custody case and order of protection. It was a very long, difficult, and stressful process but he has always done a very good job of being reachable anytime I need reassurance or have any questions or concerns. Fred is probably one of the best lawyers in Illinois. He took on a challenging case for a family member which had many misteps. We didn't have legal representation before which put us in a compromised position in the case. I started searching for a lawyer to get us out of this mess. I've done thorough online research on 10+ lawyers and then even paid $350/$400 to 5 different lawyers to get their opinion. They all said we had a slime chance to win the case and were not even interested to taking it on, except Fred. He carefully convinced the opposing lawyer to settle outside of court. Due to the toxic nature of the case the opposing lawyer was fired for even sharing this option with his client. He was then replaced by another lawyer who wouldn't even call Fred back to try to settle outside of court. Despite all the setbacks, with his experience and very careful persuasion in court, he was able to change the ruling and win the case. I have tremendous respect for Fred and I'm so happy and grateful that I hired him.
