I don't suggest using this law firm for simple probate assistance unless you have money to blow. The consultation was 350$, the down payment was $1500 where the lawyer that I had my consultation with hinted the total price could be less. The paralegal that I worked with charged 225$ each for unrequested email communication which was not stated a charge would be incurred. I ended up paying nearly 2300$ for a standard probate case because of hidden fees that would have been 1k to 1500$ max any where else when I had compared pricing online previously before working with this law firm. I said that I only needed 3 copies of court signed paperwork that I picked up from the the office and afterwards mailed additional copies and emailed copies for which I was charged. My experience with this firm made me feel that I needed to lawyer up the law firm before doing business with them.

I would highly recommend them! They take personal service to a whole new level, very professional but yet down to earth. You'll feel like you are just bsing with a friend, but this friend actually knows what they are talking about! Lol You can ask them anything and they will answer you honestly and lay out your options without pressuring you. I can't say enough about their follow up calls just to check on how you are holding up or if there are any new issues you want to discuss. Any Questions, just call them, you won't look back. John S
