We have attorneys that all focus on specific areas of law, however many of our practices overlap. For instance, we have two Foreclosure Defense Attorneys (One For New Jersey & One For New York). We have Two Bankruptcy attorneys (One For Each State). Bankruptcy and Foreclosure at time overlap. We also have one employee that focuses on Loan Modification. So we offer Multiple options for Foreclosure Defense. We also have an attorney that focuses on Probate. So when an Estate has a property facing foreclosure, we have multiple attorneys that focus on different aspects of the case. You would want to go to a doctor that focuses on Feet for heart surgery and expect the best results, but we have an attorney that knows Probate, another that Knows all the State laws related to Foreclosure. At one time we put an Executor into Bankrutpcy to buy time to sell the home that was the sole asset of the estate instead of losing it to a tax lien foreclosure while fighting off two challenges from people that wanted to take the property in Chancery court. At the end of the day we saved $200K in equity from being lost to a tax lien foreclosure.
We offer Contingency Fee retainers, Flat Fee retainers, Payment Plans & Hourly retainers. For instance our Personal Injury Cases we take on a Contingency Basis. Bankruptcy Cases are flat fee or we have $0 down bankruptcy plans as long as you make $2000 a month or have a co-signor that makes $3000 a month. Foreclosure Defense we offer Payment Plans.
