They accomplished everything they said that they would do for me -- Got me a very light plea deal on a bogus charge. 5 Stars for that alone. It was cost effective to pay a small fine rather than fight it to the end, but I have no doubt they could have buried it completely. Beyond that, what more is there to know? They know the law, they know the judges, they know the prosecutors, and they know how to explain things succinctly and clearly (and they look sharp!).nnThe costs were very clear up front, and they didn't surprise me with anything.nnI felt like communication could have been better; we only interacted as was strictly necessary over 8 months which was (at a guess) maybe a little over 1 hour of total dialog. The first few months where I heard nothing made me wonder if my case had slipped through some cracks. Not so; the justice system is just slow. Looks like an automated system sent me critical information like court dates. In a couple instances, office staff didn't respond to email and phone messages. Troy was reliable with cell texts.
