We recently needed to get our affairs in order my husband and I were completely at a loss of what we needed to do and how to do it .We were highly recommend to Katharine Payne we were not prepared.Mrs.Payne was she was kind ,compassionate ,informative.professional . sensitive and highly professional..Her office was warm and welcoming just as she was .Katharine took her time and helped through some hard decisions.we were explained everything and left informed comfortable and prepared .she took her time and made sure we understood everything.we are so very Thankful for her amd hee team.Mrs.payne made a hard conversation easy ..It's true what they say you will always remember how people make you feel Thank you katharine Payne for making us feel.at home and Important!

We were given a flat rate for our documents & upon leaving, Ms Payne sent an itemized bill, for more than double the price. At no time did Ms Payne notify us of our apparently rising costs. We were given one copy of our documents & a flash drive. Ms Payne offered to send communication to a potential beneficiary & itemized said email at $650. We were appalled by Ms Payne’s conduct. The office is extremely cramped. We were very disappointed by our experience.

My husband and I completed all of our estate planning documents and it was a very easy process. Katharine explained everything clearly and was super helpful. I am so glad we finally got this done! Her prices are reasonable and the service and peace of mind was worth every penny.

I can not say enough great things about Katharine - she’s helpful, knowledgeable, very detailed - she really knows her field and explains it perfectly. I would highly recommend her again and again.
