I found them through Legal Zoom. After talking to someone at Legal Zoom they matched me up with UpRight Law. They were very quick to respond when initially contacting them (within minutes after talking to Legal Zoom) nnI did a little research on the web and at the BBB and most everything was positive and a lot of happy customersnnThey asked about my situation and advised me on which way to go. They helped me to understand the entire process and explained everything in detail before I made any type of commitment. Upon signing with them they made sure my local lawyer had contacted me to explain how things were going to work with him. So Far So Good. I do recommend them.

Made my first monthly payment. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. This is my second attempt at filing bankruptcy. About 12 years ago, my father died and left me in debt $100,000 because I had cosigned and had power of attorney on his accounts. I hope that I can continue to rely on Upright Law to reduce the stress of my 18 year retirement now that I am 79. Social Security is great however as soon as they increase COLA, everyone joins in to take away any increase. With my low income, only very high cost credit is available. That cost almost insures bankruptcy as a likely outcome. Make America Great.

Very persistent folks at Upright. If you have a question they will answer it quickly and if the person you are speaking with does not know the answer they will find someone who does. If I needed something accomplished they helped immediately and usually tasks that needed to be done were done the same day. They always returned my calls quickly. I greatly recommend Upright Law. You can't go wrong with these people...seriously.

Upright law is incredible. They answer all questions, and explain everything in layman's terms. For a reasonable fee, they put your mind at ease.I would recommend them to anyone who needs legal helps. Love these guys.
