My name is Yve Ysla. I am a real client. I am not an employee or family member. This is the 2nd review I have ever taken the time to write. I am willing to speak to anyone that has any hesitations. Attorney, William Russell is professional, attentive, friendly, strategic, and even more important to me is that he has his clients best interest and he gets results. He doesn't just talk the talk like so many lawyers. William is on your side and handles the court process with all its hurdles. My son got into some criminal trouble. We talked to several attorneys and William stood out because he didnt hype up the case to try to get more money but he actually calmed us and showed us that he would work on my son’s behalf to achieve the best outcome and that he did. A lot of times, when someone is trying to get your business, they paint a pretty picture and then once they have your business, you're another number they could care less about. William stayed consistent from beginning to end and for that I will always be grateful. People can do whatever but when it comes to your child, you want to be able to rest knowing your child’s future is in good hands and I thank God for putting William in our path. I am not getting anything out of this review. I am just giving credit where credit is deserved. If you would like to talk to me, William has my contact information. There are a lot of dishonest lawyers out there so when you find a good one with integrity, that actually cares about helping his clients, and is fair; it is a pleasure to recommend them. Availability: I called this law firm as a new client to get service for traffic ticket contest. The minute I mentioned I am part of the Metlife Legal plan program, the receptionist politely said that due to high number of cases they are only taking in divorces and estate planning I believe. I do appreciate you not wasting either of our time. But you need to pull your name out of the Metlife legal plan -in network approved firms - until you are ready to provide the service. -2stars for staying on a network that you dont provide service for anymore

I rarely give reviews and this is the first negative review I've given. We've been working with the law office for 2 months to prepare POA and other estate documents for my child who is turning 18. We have provided all the feedback and are waiting to receive the final documents so we can sign them. In the past month, I emailed multiple times and called multiple times. No response at all. This is getting really ridiculous.

Mr. Russell was great to work with. He provided clear answers to all my questions and is very responsive and timely with everything.
