Law Office Vance R Redmond

I searched for a lawyer on Google and I found that he has 5 stars and I recommend him to my ex husband. At the trial he wasn't helping my husband instead he was helping the other party. He exchanged phone numbers with her which is unethical. I don't recommend this lawyer at all. He is not professional and he doesn't have ethics nor does he listen to the person that pays him. He doesn't know what its means to have a conflict of interest. A side from all this he told the female that was NOT his client that his CLIENT would be in contempt if he didn't do something that was court ordered. That individual had her own lawyer... why would he need to say anything that goes against his own client? So be careful guys if you hire him, he will fight for the other party not for you. Don't waste your money and time.

I have been working with Vance Redmond for several years doing appraisal work. It is always a pleasure to deal with him. He has a nice way about him.

A week after the "no signature required" independent adoption notice that I found in the gravel of my rental home I flew to Rockville where I met Mr Redmond. He seemed very well connected at court and punished me when I came from Camp Pendleton, California to contest my son's independent adoption at Rockville Family Court. He manipulated facts about my "contempt for denial of visitation" which was served and pending, successfully presented invalid consent documents, and disabled my ability to present any evidence due to my failure to respond to unlawfully served documents. What was supposed to be a question of my consent (obviously NO), turned into a bashing session. My valid arguments were just ignored, witnesses were permitted to skip damaging questions without objection, and unsubstantiated invalidation was treated as fact. Drowning in my tears the Judge ended with "It is so sad you did not express any loving experiences with your son" and ruled "Consent with non-consent" and walked away. Sounded illegal and probably was. The judgement on paper was completely changed and based on me never making contact, when my ex-wife was served my complaint "contempt for denial of visitation" and all avenues of contact were denied to me. He turned the judge into his bobble-head toy doll and made all the laws disapear! If you want to win at all costs and don't have a leg to stand on I highly recommend him.
