Jeffrey is professional, honest and responsive. I have not won my case yet, with that being said, I researched a great deal about what makes a good lawyer when it comes to disability. So far, Jeffrey has ticked every box. He isn’t going to lie or tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you the truth and encourages the same of his clients. I fully respect that, because I have talked to other lawyers and was blown away by their complete and utter disregard for the truth and ethics, I felt compelled to write this review before my case has been fully processed. Jeffrey has a professionalism and standard that stands out. He’s also very empathetic and cares about his clients. I’m blown away by anyone that would say otherwise.

Mr. Kirschner is by far the best Social Security attorney I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took on my very difficult and complicated case with knowledge, integrity, and complete compassion. He walked me through the process step by step while offering support and encouragement, as well as a comfortable environment to discuss the personal details needed in such a case. He made a long and arduous process much easier by assisting in obtaining my medical records and other important documents needed, leaving little to no work for me to take on. Ultimately, after years of trying on my own, he won my case. I was awarded the highest offer the court can provide. The amount paid for his representation was minimal in comparison to what I recovered and with a contract that states you don't pay unless you win, it's a no brainier. Not only was he able to provide me with a wonderful outcome, he did the same for a close family member. I would and will continue to recommend Attorney Kirschner to anyone in need of assistance.
