I’ve never had to hire a lawyer before, so I’m happy to report that Acer was easy to work with and he made sure to go over all the possibilities and outcomes with us regarding our case. My general perception of lawyers prior wasn’t very positive, but Acer definitely changed my view. He was very honest and forthcoming regarding wether or not he could help us, which I appreciated. We hired Acer to represent my husband in restraining order case against one of our tenants. Long story short tenant laid hands on my husband while he was trying to do maintenance on the property. Los Angeles basically favors tenants in almost all cases so we knew we'd have to hire someone that would be able to present this case to a judge in a way that truly represents what we are dealing with it. Acer did just that! He is extremely detailed in all aspects, from gathering all information, putting it together and presenting a visual timeline. At times when the judge was coming down on him, he maintained his cool and explained why we needed to present prior incidents. Ultimately the judge agreed that based on historical incidents we were indeed at risk of being harassed/threatened again and granted my husband the restraining order. As a plus...Acer is super cool!
