Initial meetings were congenial, but, after paying the $3,700 required to continue, communication became very unpleasant. He told my son and I that the draft documents were to be ready in 3 weeks, and it took 3 months and a phone call from me to move things along. He asked for written proof that he said the documents would be ready in 3 weeks. He would not even spend the $9.80 to send documents to my executor after the lengthy wait. Buyer beware.

Andy and team did our trust recently. Excellent service. He has a great process that made it flow smoothly. He listened carefully, spent all the time we needed on a flat fee, pointed out everything we were not considering, and buttoned it all up perfectly. Highest recommendation!

I originally had an unpleasant experience with a clerical employee at this law firm. I ended up not doing business with them because of it and left a 1 star review. I was contacted by the Attorney later who was greatly apologetic for the negative service. He seemed genuine and authentic. I still have not done business with the firm, but am compelled to modify my review from 1 star to 3 due to the positive communications that I have had with the company since.

I highly recommend this law office. Andrew Pugno prepared my Revocable Trust over 7 years ago and just recently, at my request, made a few minor changes in the form of a First Amendment to my Trust. I was provided excellent service.
