I had an excellent experience at the office of Barry and Krueger. Everyone at the office is so professional and nice. I had my case resolved quickly. One of the things I really appreciate about them is that they always returned my calls unlike other attorneys I dealt with before. The energy level there is so positive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible Customer Service, I was referred from my chiropractor to this firm to seek legal help for my car accident. When I spoke to the assistant she discouraged me from getting legal help. Then she move forward with getting my information and getting a document emailed to me for me to sign. I emailed her back and told her I was not going to sign. After I sent that 4 days later she sends an email stating I never answered the phone calls. Excuse me I did answer yet your suggestions and negativity do not make me feel confident to move forward with this legal team and moved on to another one.

I've have always trusted the Law Offices of Barry & Krueger. They have an oustanding staff, very friendly & professional when It comes to returning calls and giving updates. I have been to other law firms in the past only to come out devastated of the service I have received from the office & attorneys. Unlike Barry & Krueger they know how important it is to have professionals working on around the clock on my case. They have bilingual staff which is very helpful in the case someone doesn't speak English. It is the perfect law office I would recommend them to anybody looking for an awesome law firm to take the reins on their case.

DO NOT COME HERE ! They are very unprofessional and careless, not once have I spoken to my actual attorney Krueger or Barry about my case. I always have to talk to a guy named Alex “assistant” and he always seems to send you to voicemail or brush you off to hang up so fast. They can’t even call you back when you leave a voicemail. How hard is that to do?! Had a case last years because they take forever to pay you out let alone keep you in the dark about everything going on, and make sure you check your settlement distribution amount to make sure they don’t take more than what was agreed upon. I would thought being in an accident would already be stressful enough let alone this problem. Unless they change their ways and how they respond and be more professional I wont be coming back. Would be better off with a different attorney.

Amazing leadership and representation from this law firm. When they take your case and offer you there legal services it is both a partnership and commitment to serve you as only great leadership knows how. They will get the job done for you.
