I've had Ben Harmon as an attorney in the past. His staff was very kind, helpful & professional. They treated me with the upmost respect. Then when i met with Mr. Harmon, i was completely honest with him. You could tell he was very intelligent as an attorney. He talked to me with respect, explained everything to me about my case. He kept me informed and updated as well as myself. In my book, " Mr.Harmon is the Best attorney in Savannah.". He done an outstanding job on my case. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants the best of the best!!!

I felt that my case wasn’t taken seriously from day one. Little to no communication was had from Nick or his assistant. The correspondence I DID get was solely because I continued to reach out to them via phone and email. If you are looking for someone to really care about your case, I’d look elsewhere. I was made to feel like my concerns were invalid, and did not have a good experience at all.

My sister was lied to by Mr. Harmon and he did not follow through with what he promised in court. He has caused undue trauma in her life. I am not impressed and would not recommend. The office will also not answer the phone and he said he would meet with my sister and his client in May and has yet to do so. There has always been an excuse as to why he cannot. Would NOT recommend. Would give zero stars if possible.

I had a situation that happened to me due to an incident that was in the past. Jason Nowlin guided me and his knowledge and expertise was awesome. He resolved the situation and was very helpful. I would recommend this Law office to anyone needing legal advice and help. Thank you

Grandparent Adoption. Attorney Surrat took out case 2 years ago in February 2022. telling us he saw no reason we couldn't have her adopted by Christmas. That was LAST Christmas (2022) She has ADHD and is on the spectrum, she doesn't understand why we haven't adopted her and says we don't love her. Our calls go to messaging and aren't returned. I feel we've been lied to a few times. We can't get a direct answer from anyone.
