So far so good, I have no complaints at the moment. The representative asked me a series of questions some I questioned but he was able to explain to me why he was asking me these questions. The intake/interview process was easy and the representative was very patient and kind.

I spoke with John and he was extremely patient with me and he assured me that my claim would be filed and this office of lawyers are going to help me with my appeal process. I'll let you know when things are done ??????, they helped me with filling out the paperwork online. So easy to get things done. I'm hoping for success with my claim.

Edit: Yesterday I wrote the review below. In good faith I must change this review Dr Bill Latour called me personally this morning. Talking to him has definitely eased my anxiety. It can be very stressful waiting for answers and the pain and lack of income definitely increases that anxiety. Although the waiting continues I do appreciate Dr Bill LaTour reaching out to me personally it definitely showed me they do care about their clients and there has been progress with my case. Thank you very much???????? The customer service has been absolutely awful! Not only once but twice they sent the incorrect information to SS office. I filed my case over a year ago and have yet to speak to an attorney. Terrible customer service

The person I spoke with was extremely kind, patient and most of all helpful. Other places I spoke with wouldn't help me. I was extremely grateful for them taking my case. Based on my experience with them, I know I'm going to win my case. God bless and good luck to anyone who reads this.

Good so far all I’ve done is sign the agreement. After reading reviews and seeing some cases going for over a year and not hearing nothing gives me some concerns. I know every situation is different. I’m more concerned with the results, they’ll get 5 stars depending on results of my case.
