Brandon Bernstein is the one and only lawyer you will need. This is my second time working with him and I trust his judgment completely. He is VERY knowledgeable of the laws and answers all my worries and concerns I had about my case. I do not like confrontation, but Brandon was the strong force I needed on my side. He will be the bulldog you need!! He is compassionate with his clients, and does not waste your time. He is also very honest on what the outcome of your case may be. Brandon is the best of best, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for strong representation.

I had a long and complicated divorce and Brandon was exceptional throughout. First, he showed a great deal of sensitivity and empathy for the emotionally difficult situation of divorce. And great knowledge of the law and how the system works. He never pushed an aggressive position or sought to run up the bill. Over the yearlong process Brandon tried for the a negotiated settlement but when that didn't work he was able to move more aggressively to put us in a good posture (which evenutally resulted in a good result through mediation). I would recommend him without hesitation.

First visit was free, we discussed my situation after I fired previous lawyer, and I was very stressed out not knowing what would be my outcome after a bad attorney. I highly recommend Brandon. He's helped twice with my dealings in a custody dispute. In 2017, he negotiated a very reasonable custody agreement. In 2020, he filed a contempt charge for me to adhere to the custody agreement. Both times, he guided me through the court process expertly. Brandon is easy to talk to and gives great advice; I don't always follow his advice (somewhat to my regret). I am so happy to have him in my corner:)
