Mr. Sansone represented my wife and myself in a termination of rights for step-parent adoption. Throughout the entirety of the case Mr. Sansone kept us well informed of all court proceedings and ensure we understood the legal process. During preparations for court his knowledge and preparations which he conducted with us; ensure we felt at ease and were fully prepared. I would highly recommend Mr. Sansone to my friends and family or anyone needing highly competent legal representation.

Mr. Sansone was attentive, his office was always polite and helpful. What I learned through this experience was anything in the legal system takes a long time. But Mr. Sansone was very upfront and charged me fairly.

Incompetent and unmotivated nDo not choose James Sansone, if you are looking for someone to represent you diligently; I feel I was better off without representation than have him as my attorney. He showed no motivation or competence. He has poor written and oral skills. He was consistently uninformed about my case. He was not aware of court dates and left me hanging and stressed out; he called me 5 minutes before a court appearance to tell me I have to be in court. He showed a complete lack of interest in learning the details of my case and therefore did not provide any support or helpful advice during mediation. He stood over me during mediation and demanded that I sign a stipulation which had items added that I had no knowledge of nor agreed to. The stipulation that he worked on my behalf stated that Louise Fightmaster, the mediator, without my knowledge was appointed as child custody recommending counselor, which is in conflict with being the divorce mediator. After I fired, James Sansone, my new attorney found this item and it was retracted from the stipulation because it was in violation. As an attorney he is a poor choice.
