For someone who supposedly has so many years of experience and contacts from being a retired police officer, this man is the worst lawyer they could hire. When he wants them as a client he is always attentive and available but once they sign there everything changes. I was involved in a car accident on July 21, 2020. Mr. García advises me and tells me that I can sue the insurance company I was driving for (easy, fast and he got $10,000, he kept his part and wrote me the check with the part that corresponds to me.) until then it seemed fast and efficient. Mr. García also recommended that I sue my job for worker's compensation, which he did not do because I still felt on good terms with the company at that time. And lastly, he tells me that he is going to sue the city for poor maintenance in the sewers, which was what caused a larger than normal puddle that caused my accident. All this was discussed and suggestions from him. Now we are in August 2022 and more than 2 years after my accident and he informs me that he has not filed any lawsuit against the city because he is still waiting for the “city investigation into that claim” I do not understand what investigation they are doing if he has not put no defendant? And every time I call or write to him HE IS NEVER AVAILABLE. Either he is in court or on vacation. If I could give 0 stars I would because the truth is that this lawyer is a waste of time.

This law office provides very good legal services with good, very professional results and reasonable prices.
