When I first walked into Mrs. Benitez's office I was so tense, stressed and nervous dealing with ongoing issues with my landlord and decided it was time to encourage them to finally do the right thing. She was so calm while inquiring about my situation which made me feel at ease. This was all new to me so I asked lots of questions in person, through email (which she always got back to me in a timely manner) and have had her reiterate things so that I was clear but she answered everything! She was patient, kind, gave me all options and I just felt as she was completely present during this process. In undesirable situations like this Mrs. Benitez had a desirable persona that you'd want by your side.
