Extremely unprofessional. I called and said “I had a $13k ring stolen from my hotel room and we would like to sue. Is this something you help with?” The woman said they didn’t. I thanked her and before she hung up the phone she said to someone “I wouldn’t be carrying a $13k ring with me”. The reason I had that ring on me is because my aunt died in a motorcycle accident and I immediately jumped on a plane. I wasn’t thinking about anything but her. I took the ring off to shower before the funeral. I was grieving and not myself. That doesn’t give someone the right to take it. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Hang up the phone before talk bad about someone having one of the worst weeks of their lives.
Cindy the receptionist was very rude and I never hear back from anyone here after months of trying to contact them.
Meh its a typical Atty still waiting on call back lol
