The start of the process went really smooth. They allowed payments in increments until they were paid off which helped. Their office is downtown and you have to pay for parking because most of the parking in front is taken. Fast forward to a week before I was supposed to go in to file(12/8) I needed to cancel. Financially I was strapped paying this off and being garnished and wanted to wait another pay period so that I could afford to eat. I called and asked if we could move the day I went in to make the final payment and file. Tracy had said she had already booked me and moving me would be an inconvenience because we only had x amount of time to file with paystub dates that were sent, but to come in anyway and that we would file it and I could make the last payment on my next payday. I go in and get everything together for it to be filed only to be told at the end that I would need to pay first in order to file because they couldn’t look like a creditor (fine I was there already). Fast forward to Friday 12/22 I called as soon as they opened to make payment and Tracy let me know she would file it and it would be out later that day. It’s now 12/29 and I was supposed to be filed right before Christmas but still heard nothing. I decided to call in and the office was still closed, I left an emergency message with their answering service and received a call back from Tracy letting me know she would be sending it out (this was a Friday a week later) after I was under the impression it was going to be filed the day I paid since we only had a certain amount of time to file after paperwork is done. Fast forward to the end of February I had already had my hearing. I still had not heard anything so I called again only to be told I needed 2019 taxes (when was I going to be notified?). Fast forward I got the taxes done and NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. So I called again on another question only to be told I never sent my tax stuff over (I was under the impression everything would be handled electronically it was never mentioned I needed to do anything other than have them prepared). I understand having a huge caseload but for the amount of money taken from people who don’t even have money (whether it’s from our mistakes or not) the ball on communication was dropped. If things aren’t moving and you know you need something as my lawyer I should get at least an email to move things forward. I hired a lawyer to take care of communication and every aspect of filing so I could continue to keep my life running. The people are nice, communication is just lacking.

Friendly very knowledgeable of everything to do with bankruptcy. They helped me get my bankruptcy done talked about everything to do with my bankruptcy very open as to how bankruptcy works and they explained how to deal with creditors etc. They walked you through all paperwork. I’d refer them to anyone I know who is needing file for bankruptcy. Tracy and everyone in the office were very friendly and you never sat in the waiting area more than 10 minutes. They all worked together and discussed your bankruptcy and figured out together which would be the best route for you.
