Class action started with 40% lawyer fees but ended up being 65%, these people took over half settlement fees totaling over a half million for a case that took them 4 years. When I called to question why it wasn’t only 40% the lady who answered stated they don’t do free work and that it said 40% PLUS fees, she kept going on about how everyone needs to get paid and they are not pro-bono. About 80 homeowners who they were supposed to fight for ended up with pocket change for repairs. When I asked how it was divided she also said only some homeowners got a certain inspection that was very expensive to do so depending on their damages they most likely got more. So why include all homes if they weren’t going to do the SAME inspection on all homes. Ridiculous! Do not bring business here unless you want to get robbed of all your settlement reward.
