Welcome to Gardner Law Firm, P.C. We are a full service law firm, concentrating primarily on divorce and custody matters (including, but not limited to matters of alimony, child support, visitation, separation, and post-judgment matters such as modifications of child support/custody/alimony awards). For more than 25 years, the firm has been dedicated to the successful representation of our clients – which include but are not limited to spouses/partners, parents, grandparents, and children.

A divorce, custody, or support dispute is a stressful event for everyone involved. It is also a time when your personal and financial affairs are impacted like no other. Today, our attorney, David C. Gardner will work closely with you to guide you through this process by making sure you understand your rights and that you are making an informed decision every step of the way.

Our first goal is usually is to reach an amicable agreement with your spouse provided that a fair and equitable agreement can be reached which protects your interests and those of any children involved in the dispute. If an agreement cannot be reached our office is experienced in litigating all of the various issues that may arise in your case and is prepared to vigorously pursue your rights in court. Successful litigation requires a cooperative relationship between you and your attorney to ensure that you both understand the tasks you are performing and have realistic expectations regarding the outcome of your case. We will work to ensure that the goals of your particular case are met, and to see that you receive every advantage possible when you arrive in court. If there are children involved in your case, our office has extensive experience both negotiating custody and visitation agreements and litigating contested custody cases in court. Mr. Gardner has also been trained and appointed by the Court to represent children in high-conflict custody disputes.

With knowing the realities associated with divorce and separation, more and more people are considering pre-marital agreements ("prenups"). Our firm also has vast experience drafting and preparing these types of agreements, which help ensure protection going into your marriage.

Our staff understands that your legal situation will likely affect the rest of your life so we approach each case uniquely and diligently. We invite you to learn more about our firm and the services we offer. We look forward to hearing from you and appreciate the continuing support our law firm has received from those who have referred clients to us.

"Although Mr Gardner was not my lawyer, my friend had him as her lawyer through a very difficult case. Most of them time, she did all her own research and collected all her own evidence. He did nothing really to help her; spoke down her the whole time; bashed her in her decisions (of what case what based on); he basically told her the entire time that she will pretty much lose her case and had no faith in her at all!! Not what a lawyer should do right?? Well, due to his lack of commitment and help, she has to lost her case and Gardner is no longer an option for representation. He is also money hungry and will charge you to basically be your own lawyer. Good luck if you ever choose him"

Response to : Does Canada Have Free Speech?
When reading legislative material, adopting a legal framework is essential to a full understanding of the subject matter. This video, by famed youtuber Gregory "The Armoured Skeptic" Fluhrer is a pretty vivid example of what the lack of framework can do to an interpretation of the law. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xVVDQnkqh8M I would strongly recommend watching the video in full before reading my response as it attacks the issue point by point with the appropriate time-stamps. Once again, none of this is legal advice.
