Our family engaged David Sheldon's office to respond and prepare our son for an administrative hearing whose outcome would impact his Army ROTC commissioning status. For the actual hearing, he prepared our son to win with a very detailed narrative and book of exhibits that rebutted/explained every facet of the administrative case against him. The professional level of preparation and documentation conveyed how seriously our son took the hearing and how committed he was to continue his Army path. While we might have been able to get the hearing scheduled without Mr. Sheldon's help, there is no way we would have been as prepared or presented as professional a case on our son's behalf without his very committed involvement. In a word, it was masterful. The hearing panel unanimously agreed and recommended that our son be retained in his commissioning program.
