It was not a helpful experience at all. Despite me giving the information he asked for He just replied with "That's all I can give you with the information you provided" All without asking me questions for what information he needed. The person was clearly preoccupied with typing and despite him stating he didn't have access to the online portal he was somehow able to see what had been filed under the case #. I am beyond disappointed with how I was treated and dismissed. Its pretty clear the SPOKANE COUNTY COURTHOUSE is in dire need of a revamp and house cleaning. It is 100% a racket.

Worst community help service EVER. Renee, the head attorney literally did nothing to help me in any way. All the options I came up with when dealing with my eviction were made by my Spokane County case worker and myself. She made no effort to give me the best information about my situation and even was rude to my case worker on serval occasions when she tried to tell her that it was more beneficial for me to go to court and plea my case. Now, without this lawyer's help, I have been able to represent myself and get much further in the process. RUN don't walk away from getting help from them. Get a case worker and social worker and file your own paperwork to the courts. I was even attacked and going through a family illness and she told me on so many occasions she would fight for me, LOL. She lied directly to me about everything she said. disgusting for someone helping others.

The online referral tool does not work or has not been maintained. No one answers the phones. Not sure what value this bar association provides. I can't see any reason to ever go here except to be frustrated.

Love the immediate response! Very clear on what is to be done and face a free consultation on the spot. I only did not proceed as I was unsure if the cost that would ultimately if need be only take us to trial, was a normal fee or if it was a little expensive. Unfortunately I do not have enough knowledge in this field to decide if that is an appropriate amount. Thank you for all of your help!
