I filed for a divorce in 2010. When I first met Mr. Williams he was very aggressive and not at sympathetic. He claims that he has been doing military law for over 20 years and assured me that he had my best interests in mind. Since I am in the military I assumed that he would know know to help. THAT WAS A MISTAKE.nnWhat I received was a divorce decree that doesn't account for me being deployed. It was a shell decree; he changed the names, clicked print, and had me sign. Due to the stress from my ex-wife cheating, the divorce, the deployment, and getting reprimanded by my own boss for emails from my ex-wife... I just signed the decree.nnAdditionally, I have to pay my ex-wife 1/4 of my paycheck plus bonuses if I receive them.nnThe most insulting thing, was he would argue with me when I sent emails to his secretary and would bill me at his rate. At one point, he mistakenly sent me an email that was for his secretary. It stated that he thought I was crazy and an idiot, and that she should "draft" a basic decree for me.nnI would not recommend Donald Williams to anyone on this planet. I have print outs of the emails from 2010. I am more than willing to share them with anyone who asks. AVOID THIS LAWYER AT ALL COSTS!

I am very disapointed that it is over a year and a half and still nothing has been done. It is a enforcement case and not of much importance to Mr Williams. I understand now to never hire an attorney who wants all the money upfront. Once paid in full then they have full control and lose interest. I also feel that he does more for the other side of the case than for the person who hired him. I cant do anything now but to hope i can one day get him to do what i hired him to do. He is a mediator and thats basically it. If i could go back and do this over. I would not even pay a dollar for his services. I dont feel i have been treated fairly.

Canceled my appointment 2 times showed up to an empty office this past monday never received a call back drove 5 hrs for the appointment and I let them know I would have to come back into town from the cancelation of the first appointment just wasted time and a lot of gas :(
