I'm pretty sure this firm no longer exists--for good reason, in my opinion, as a former employee. Tip of the day: it's not libel (written) or slander (verbal) if it's true.

When my elder sister died while under the care of a state recognized assisted living facility it was my sister's Elder Care Lawyer who recommended Donoghue & Associates to represent me and my sister's estate against the assisted living facility owners. Our case stretched out over a period of 18 months with depositions, discovery of potential witnesses, as well as several rounds of mediation. To compound the issues my sister's death occurred on the west coast of Florida nearly four hours car journey from Melbourne so there was a lot of travel involved to interview witnesses and to take recorded depositions. A court date was obtained. Throughout this saga Donoghue & Associates kept me advised of all activities and about the exchanges with the defendant's legal team. They provided clear, legal advice; made recommendations or suggestions; and outlined plausible alternatives to issues along the way. Open communications was the norm - - always! A second mediation was scheduled before trial; sure glad that Donoghue & Associates were there to guide me through the process by providing legal advice and counsel as the mediator went between the two conference rooms taking offers and counter offers until finally after the entire afternoon, we ultimately had an agreement that satisfied both parties; thus we were able to cancel our court date. So after our many months of sound legal representation by Donoghue & Associates, I was able to fulfill my sister's wishes and settle her estate. I gained several new trusty friends at the Donoghue & Associates firm and cannot say enough about their great legal services that they offer to Brevard residents; highly recommend this team of lawyers.

I could not have been more pleased with Robert's involvement in my case. If you decide to choose this attorney; take the contract to a reputable secondary attorney. Have them review the contract, it is miss leading. Make sure that all costs are thoroughly explained prior to any contract signature. Once explained, have them sign a contract of goodwill with their explanation. This firm nickels and dimes you to death, they end up with 77.4% of a Mediation Settlement!!!!! If one actually went to court, God only knows how far and just how greedy they would get.

Donahue and associates are the best ! My mother and son had a terrible car accident my son a small child then was injured .Donahue and associates really cared about winning our case !They assured us it would be taken care of . They of coarse did win !!I just love and thank them for a job well done ! I will always refer and be forever indebted to them for helping us thank you thank you thank you !!
