This poor excuse of "attorney" literally SCREAMED at me! i contacted him in regards of his client. Not going into details but his client owed me for some medical expenses caused by her party/property. And his response was that her client was not going to pay anything and didn't owe me anything. I informed him she (the client) was responsible as per California law, he started scream that he knew the law and something about this case not counting, and blaming me. As it is, her client was a friend of his. So no wonder. She couldn't afford to get a good lawyer so she settled with this pathetic excuse of one. Negative 100 stars if i could. Very rude, offensive, and unprofessional. No wonder his place is closed down anyway. He doesn't deserve success if that's the way he treats people on the phone.

This attorney has no moral and ethical sense. He has no regard for a loss of a love one. He has treated my daughter who recently lost her father with outmost disrespect and lack of compassion. He is handling her fathers probate and thinks he can just act out with such disregard and humiliates my daughter every opportunity he has. He forgets that the deceased who is the father of my daughter is the one who will be paying his salary out of the probate! I will contacting the State Bar to report his unsensitive and unethical behavior! Mr. Kostos you are representing the estate of the deceased don’t forget that! You seem to be one sided!
